ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International reports it has closed on two new long term lease agreements at Major Plaza I, located on Kirkman Rd. in Southwest Orlando.

Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International, said Commercial Portfolio Director Kenneth Koch negotiated both lease agreements.

Meyers & Eichelberger, P.L. leased 1,861 square feet.

Abreau Tour, Inc. leased 1,508 square feet.
