Celebration Golf Management to Operate Eagle Creek Golf Course in East Orlando by Lease Agreement

CELEBRATION, Fla. – Celebration Golf Management, LLC, which owns and operates five golf courses in Central Florida, will operate by long-term lease agreement, Eagle Creek Golf Club on Narcoossee Road in East Orlando.

Gene Garrote, president and principal of Celebration Golf Management, said the 18 hole, 7,198 yard, par 73 championship golf course at Eagle Creek ranks as one of the best in the Central Florida area. Designed by Ron Garl and Howard Swan, Eagle Creek was developed by Emerson International in Altamonte Springs.

“We are very excited to add Eagle Creek to our portfolio of exceptional Florida golf facilities,” Garrote said.

“Emerson International has developed one of the region’s finest courses, and Emerson’s dedication to quality is readily evident at Eagle Creek.  We are proud to associate ourselves with them,” Garrote said.

Eric Emerson, vice president and managing partner of Emerson International, said Celebration Golf Management is the only suitor he considered for the course.

Garrote said Celebration Golf and Emerson International have closed on a long-term lease agreement that includes the golf course and club facilities.
