ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International recently negotiated a new long term lease agreement for 9,292 square feet of office space at 240 E. Central Parkway at the CenterPointe One Office Park in Altamonte Springs to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Eric J. Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International in the Orlando area, said Embry-Riddle is relocating Orlando campus operations from south Orlando to Altamonte Springs.

An opening of the new facility is planned for the first of next year, Emerson said.

Emerson International’s commercial portfolio manager, Kenneth Koch, represented the landlord in the lease transaction and Andrew E. McCaw of Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida represented Embry-Riddle.

Glen Carter, director of academic support at Embry-Riddle said the Daytona Beach-based university is considering additional expansion plans in the Orlando region.
