Emerson International recently negotiated a new long-term lease for 15,000 square feet of Class A office space in CenterPointe I located at 240 Central Pkwy. in Altamonte Springs.

Kenneth Koch, commercial portfolio manager at the firm, negotiated the lease with the new tenant, Crump Insurance Services of Florida, on the landlord’s behalf.

Steve Andrews with Fischer & Co. and Matthew McKeever of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
