Emerson International negotiates two office leases that total 5,923 square feet in Major Center Plaza One in Southwest Orlando

ORLANDO — Emerson International recently negotiated two lease agreements that total 5,923 square feet of office space at Major Center Plaza One, its professional office development on Major Blvd. near Universal Studios in Southwest Orlando.

Pierre deAmezola, vice president of sales and marketing at Emerson International, said Commercial Portfolio Manager Kenneth Koch negotiated both leases representing the landlord, Emerson.

Environmental Health Testing, Inc. renewed its lease of 5,050 square feet in Major Center Plaza One. Andy McCaw of Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida represented the tenant.

Koch also negotiated a new lease agreement with Chang Financial, Inc. for 873 square feet of office space in Major Center Plaza One.
